Meet Penny Davis

Penny Davis

A longtime Danville resident and active community member, Penny Davis has been an integral part of the Danville Hardwood team since 2015. With extensive experience in customer service and administration, Penny helps keep daily operations organized while ensuring customers receive the personal attention and support they deserve.

Before joining Danville Hardwood, Penny held customer service management roles with companies including Discovery Toys and Equitec. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and welcoming personality have made her a trusted resource for both customers and coworkers.

Penny’s commitment to service extends into the community, where she has served as president of both the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) and the National Charity League. Outside of work, she’s an enthusiastic tennis and Cal football fan who enjoys volunteering with local schools, youth sports teams, and charitable organizations.
